LCK is a privately held woman-owned business jointly owned by its President, Mickey Layden, and Colliers International South Carolina. The firm originated as the construction management division of Colliers International South Carolina in 1994 and was organized as an independent LLC in 2001.

LCK has assembled a team of dynamic individuals who concentrate on the client’s interests at each phase, from conception to completion. Our degreed professionals have backgrounds in engineering, architecture and general contracting, all of which we bring to bear on behalf of our clients.
