Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission (LCRAC) has retained LCK to manage the renovation of its Gilbert Senior Center and to oversee development of a new Pine Ridge Senior Center. Brian Davis, Senior Project Manager, is leading the LCK team for the assignment.
Procurement for the 6,000 square foot Pine Ridge Senior Center is currently in progress while final planning is underway for the 3,000 square foot Gilbert Senior Center expansion. Both of these projects are being publicly bid for design/build construction services. Construction for both is slated to begin in the fall of 2014 with completion of the Pine Ridge facility slated for Spring of 2015.
LCRAC offers a variety of services and programs which enrich and enhance the lives of older adults. The organization also provides assistance in linking seniors and their families with available resources, services and other organizations providing services for older adults.
LCK has completed three projects of similar scope for LCRAC in Lexington, Pelion and Swansea.
